Langland is a wonderful second floor penthouse apartment, set right on the beach front at Pendine, with stunning sea views from every room.

Communal stairs lead up to this contemporary apartment, comfortably furnished in bright seaside tones reflecting the proximity of the beach and sea just across the road. The compact open plan space has a well-fitted kitchen area with dining space and leather easy seating to relax on, enjoy the stunning views from the Juliette balcony over the beach and out over Carmarthen Bay.

All of the bedrooms also offer the same amazing view each with their own Juliette balconies. Spend your days on this famous sandy beach, 7 miles of flat golden sand right on your doorstep to enjoy, while there is a selection of small convenience shops, cafes and pubs only a few steps away for you to try. This is the location of the world land speed record so no holiday would be complete without a visit to the Museum of Speed. Alternatively, join the footpath over the rugged cliffs which forms part of the All Wales Coastal Path, west to Amroth just over 4 miles away with its beachside restaurants, pubs and cafes where you can refresh - the scenery on the way is breathtaking. Here you can join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and explore the coast to the west. Wander the Green Castle Woods, 3 protected ancient woods with marked trails for you to explore. To the east lies Laugharne the home of Dylan Thomas set on the estuary, this picturesque town with its castle, the boat house and a number of recommended restaurants is well worth a visit.

A perfect beachside holiday home ideally situated to sample the best that Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire has to offer whatever the season.

Approached via an A-road with direct access from the road. The apartment is accessed underneath the archway to the rear of the property. 4 short flights of steps to Langland. Apartment is on the 2nd floor. Bathroom with standard door access has both a shower and separate bath. Guide dogs welcome. TV with Sky, remote control and internet access. Public transport with bus stops directly opposite the apartment. Opening double doors to Juliette balconies in main living room. Kitchen has work tops, low-level oven hob, microwave, integrated fridge, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine and separate freezer. Well-lit sitting room, natural and artificial lighting.
